Aura’s Win Free Fuel Promotional Terms & Conditions

The Aura Win Free Fuel promotion

1. Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Promoter is Aura Buy Invest Donate Pty Ltd (ABN 42 640 240 964) of 158A Canning Hwy East Fremantle WA 6158. Telephone number: 1800 287 225. Authorised under ACT Permit No. TP23/ 02251.

4. The Promoter’s website asset is https://aura.club

5. The directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

6. The Promotion commences 1 November 2023 from 08:00am ACST and ends on 30 November 2023 at 11:59pm ACST (Promotion Period).

7. This is a game of chance and can be entered as detailed in 8.

8. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia aged eighteen years or over (Entrant) who during the Promotion Period:
a. enter the competition by making a qualifying fuel purchase through the Aura Buy Invest Donate app (up to 30 November 2023).

9. All entries:
b. must be a valid fuel purchase on the Aura Buy Invest Donate app
c. must be for a fuel purchase made between 1 November – 30 November 2023

10. Any dispute as to whether an entry has been received will be determined by the Promoter and the Promoter’s decision will be final in this respect. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter.

12. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry must be directed to the Promoter by email at support@aura.club

13. Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, the entry will be discarded, and the relevant prize will be re-awarded in accordance with the relevant clause of these Conditions of Entry as if the discarded entry had not been received.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provides proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

15. A random prize draw will be held on 5 December 2023 at 2pm AEST at Anisimoff Legal Pty Ltd (ABN 40 134 644 689) of G13, 3 Amy Close, North Wyong NSW 2259. If required, an unclaimed random prize draw will be held 10 January 2024 at the same time and location as the original draw.

16. The Winner/s will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw. The Winner/s will be announced on the Aura Buy Invest Donate Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/AuraBuyInvestDonate) within 7 days of the draw, and without limitation, the Winner/s may also be published via the websites, other social media accounts managed or operated by the Promoter.

17. If for any reason whatsoever a Winner does not take an element of a Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner.

18. All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.

19. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn will each win a $500 Shell Coles Express Gift Card.

20. The total prize pool value for this Promotion is $5,000 AUD. Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Winners cannot swap or choose their Prize.

21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.

22. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash

23. If a Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions given under State regulation.

24. If the prize remains unclaimed by 9:00am AEST on 18 December 2023 an unclaimed prize draw will occur at 2pm AEST on 10 January 2024 at the same location as the original draw. Unclaimed prize winner will be notified 2 business days of the unclaimed prize draw and will be announced on the Aura Buy Invest Donate Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/AuraBuyInvestDonate) within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw, and without limitation, the Winner/s may also be published via the websites, other social media accounts managed or operated by the Promoter.

25. The Promoter will collect personal information in order to conduct this Promotion. Use and disclosure of such personal information will be covered by the Aura Buy Invest Donate Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://aura.club/privacy-policy/

26. By entering this Promotion, each Entrant hereby consents to the use of their personal information for:
a. the Promoter to administer the Promotion and identify the Winners;
b. future marketing and promotional purposes of the Promoter, and its agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers without notice and without any fee being paid.
